Thomas Charles Naomi IV

April 6th 1989- May 21st 2025

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Thomas Charles Naomi IV, age 36, of Pageland, SC. Thomas passed away on May 21st, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, generosity, and unwavering love for his close family and friends and especially the light of his life- his daughter- Peyton Naomi.

Born on April 6th 1989 in Asheville, NC. Thomas was known for his extraordinary work ethic and boundless energy. He lived his life with a big heart and a contagious smile, always ready with a joke to make someone laugh or a helping hand for anyone in need. He would literally give you the shirt off his back without hesitation.

Above all, Thomas was a devoted father to his two-year-old daughter, Peyton, who was the light of his life. He found his greatest joy in being her dad and poured every ounce of his love into helping raise her with kindness, strength, and joy.

Thomas was the beloved son of Thomas Naomi III, cherished brother of Carol Naomi, and was raised with deep love and guidance by his grandmother, Helen (Grandfather, Thomas Naomi Jr.) Naomi, who instilled in him the values that shaped the man he became. His family, both by blood and bond, meant the world to him.

Thomas touched countless lives with his spirit, humor and remarkable ability to make sure all around him felt seen and heard. There are no words to express how deeply he will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Funeral service to honor and celebrate Thomas's life will be held on Saturday, June 7th at 11:00am at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, located at 337 Charlotte Street, Asheville, NC 28801. All who loved Thomas are invited to share this time in remembrance.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a fund for his daughter Peyton's future, details of which will be available after the service.

Thomas, your laughter, your love, and your light will never fade from our hearts. Rest easy, and fly high, you are so deeply loved.
