Even when we knew Tom was sick, it was still hard when the time came. Erie that it was the day of the hall of fame. Tom had the best voice around town. Very sad to hear this news. Our condolences to all of his family & friends.

Tom was one of the music giants in the Twin Cities. He lead the way for many musicians in this city and will be sadly missed. I first heard Tom sing when he played with the Accents. I always loved to hear him sing. He has inspired all of us, and those of us in the music community will never forget him.

The loss of Tom both personally and professionally is one felt by many. My uncle, Skip Dahlin, played with Tom and The Accents back in the 60's. After Skips' passing many years later, Tom and the group took the time to visit with my Grandmother several times a year. Up until her death, she looked forward to those visits and talked of Tom frequently. Tom, thanks for putting a smile on the face of a woman who, at times, felt she had lost it all!

I am saddened and prostrate with grief at the passing of Tom. He was a very good friend for many years and a major influence in my life and my music. He sang at my sister's wedding and my dad's funeral for which the family is forever grateful. I was fortunate enough to sing with Tom several times over the years which was always a great pleasure. Jealous are the angels of his talent! I'll never forget the first time I heard "The Voice". I'll never forget you, Tom. Much love to you, my dear friend. My deepest sympathy to the family for your great loss. God bless you all.

It was great fun to listen to Tommy at the MSRA Back to the 50's Friday night entertainment. What a great talent! Roy would be honored. Bob Nelson preceeded Tommy by just a few days in death and I bet they are having one heck of a jam session in Rock-n-Roll Heaven. Peace......Larry and Jeane

As a fellow musician its always great to meet people like Tom. He had such a pleasant personality. I only came to know Tom personally about 7 years ago but always admired the talent this man had. I never considered myself in the same league as Tom but after meeting him I realized he treated everybody the same. We've lost a wonderful person and a truly great voice.

I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I have many fond memories of him and his music, dating back about 15 years. He will be greatly missed by all of us who considered him a friend. He was a wonderful and talented man. Please accept my condolences to the family, he spoke often of his children and mother, all of whom he loved deeply. God bless all of you.
