Tom was such an enthusiastic, unique person. Whenever I traveled to Baltimore he was always helpful and had everything set up. If I arrived in Baltimore in the evening, usually Walda would be with him and we would stop at one of his favorite crab shacks for dinner. Being a Midwestern boy, they usually had one or two pails consumed before I had figured out how to get the meat out of one of those bitty critters!! I always looked forward to traveling to Tom's territory. He was a great soul.
