94, died December 17, 2002, at his home near Pittsburgh, PA. Retired Justice of PA Supreme Court, and founding partner of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, LLP. A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, January 4, 2003 at the Community Presbyterian Church of Ben Avon. Contributions in his memory may be made to CPCBA, 7501 Church Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15202 or Pomeroy Scholarship Fund, Lafayette College, Easton, PA 18042 or World Affairs Council, 501 Grant St., Pittsburgh, PA 15219. I had the privilege to worked for your father. He was such a caring, warm, witty, and intelligent man. He will be truly missed.

I worked for a number of years for your father. He was such a wonderful, warm, witty, intelligent person. I'll miss him, as will many at the office. He spoke often and was so proud of each of you and his grandchildren.
