As a newer home owner in Village Walk, I always could count on a wave and gesture of kindness from Tom as I walked, ran, biked, or skated by his home. He'll be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I remember going to College of DuPage at the same time as Tom with many other classmates. He always was a soft and kind soul. Hoping family and friends have a enjoyable and memorable send off. Best regards, Robert Bober, Melbourne Australia

I knew Tom from RCI, when we worked in the same department for a little while. He was always kind and a gentleman and I enjoyed hearing about his snow skiing trips. Rest In Peace.

He went skiing in Utah once and came back beat up. He said he fell skiing I said right he fell off the bar stool and hit his head on the bar. We got a good laugh he was always a good sport. We could always depend on him to have chocolate chips when we needed a pick me up. Tom will sure be missed.

I went to school with Tom. One day, our Senior year, I drove to LT and locked my car with the keys in it. Not only that , the keys were in the ignition and the car was still running! Tom saw me quite upset. Despite being late for class, Tom drove me home to retrieve an extra set of keys. Crisis eliminated. I will always remember his kindness and generosity.

I lived across the street from Tom in Western Springs. We spent lots of time skateboarding after school. He is part of many happy childhood memories. My sympathy to your family.

I worked with Tom at RCI and we often went to Rock Bottom for a drink after work. I will always remember his sense of humor and love of craft beer. I was so sad to hear this news. I have great memories that I will cherish.
