Tom and I were classmates, Tom was definitely a friend of mine. He was a highly intelligent man. And he had a dry sense of humor, that used to make me laugh! Very intriguing person.I painted for Tom at The Farm at Smith Creek a year ago. We had each other laughing so hard at each other jokes and LIFE, wow!!! Rest In Peace my Friend. Ronnie Kimble

I was lucky to have known Tom for all of my career at Fuscoe, especially working with him closely the past couple of years. His professionalism and kindness made working with him a delight. Even during stressful times, he would take the time to appreciate and compliment others that are involved. He will be truly missed.

I only had the honor of meeting "uncle"Tommy twice but my late husband Anthony Skarzinski absolutely adored his uncle Tommy. I am sure Tony was waiting with open arms for his favorite uncle. My heart goes out to the Propst family and friends for losing this bright light. May he watch over and protect you all.

I worked with Tom at Fuscoe Engineering and always enjoyed his wry, quirky sense of humor. He was highly intelligent and few could match his exceptional survey expertise. Tom will be much missed by all of us at Fuscoe.

Tom has been one of my closest friends for over 25 years. He has been a huge part of my life and work and has always been there for me. His humor and wit were so unique and deep that you always had a chuckle or smile and wondered how he came up with stuff off the top of his head.

Rest in Peace, Bro.
