I am sorry to hear that Tom died. We were good friends in high school--shared a locker, in fact (I think his classes were closer to my locker). He introduced me to the guitar work of Jeff Beck, and I remember playing that old pinball machine at his house. We just had our 30th class Reunion last night, and there was his picture in the "In Memory" section. Pretty sad.

Tom was a funny kid--high school was a pretty great time, and Tom Runquist was part of my pretty great time. I'm sorry he got sick, and I'm so sorry that he died.

Just found out about Tom passing away and I too am in shock. We worked together at Tandem, he was a good man. In fact, we just spoke about the time of his passing and I remember him being very sick on the phone, I didn't understand him. The news makes me incrediably sad. He always wanted to have me and my husband over for his lasagna and to meet Winston. He'll always be in my prayers and I hope that Winston has found a good new home, I'm sure that Tom would want that. Beatrix Johnson

Dear Marilyn & Kristy,

My heart and prayers go out to you and your families. Tom was a very dear friend of mine. I truly loved him. He was so good to my/our dogs. Both my children adored him and refered to him as Uncle Tom. Our lives will never be quite the same with him not in it. We will forever treasure the memories.

May God's Peace be with you.

Love from,

Jennifer, Grant & Claire

Dearest Marilyn and Kristy:
Dale Jorgenson called Shel this evening and told him of Tom's passing. We were shocked and very sad to hear of his leaving. Please know that you are in our thoughts and hearts, and while no one can truly 'share' your sense of loss, we have fond memories of Tom (and Kristy) in younger days. We are so very sorry, and send love and prayers to all of you. Shel let Russ and Mary Ellen know.
God be with all of you. Shel and Judy Loftman

Marilyn & Kristy--so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I've passed the word to Judy and Ingrid and we all share your grief. We remember when Doug bought that WWII Jeep for Tom. You four were such a close family, so we know it must be very difficult for you.

Marilyn and Kristy, I am so sorry for your loss. I know how much he will be missed. We talked every day, my day now seems empty without hearing his voice. He was a great friend to me for so many years. He will always be in my heart.

I'm sitting here in a state of "shock". I, too worked with Tom during his employment with Tandem Products. I will always remember him as having a unique sense of humor. My prayers are with his family knowing this has got to be a very difficult time.

This breaks my heart. I had just spoke to him in the last month to send him certificates from his emploment file. He worked with us at Tandem Products for many years. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. Becki Winslow
