As the youngest O´Dea, my entire life has been filled with Mr. And Mrs. Scanlan stories and antics! As a young elementary school student I remember Mr. Scanlan visiting us on work trips and his entrance to our house was always legendary! You always knew when he came through the door! Our dog, Her-She, ALWAYS loved Tom the most!! Me. Scanlan´s energy, happiness, love for his wife and family will always be something I carry with me as amazing me memories! We will miss his spirit but we know he is with God! All of our love and prayers to the whole family!

I had the pleasure of growing up with the Scanlan family in Barrington. Mr. Scanlan was always so nice and welcoming. Even if we were at time destroying the house being teenagers. I loved his sarcastic humor and witty comebacks.. My sincere condolences to the Scanlan family. Sending everyone a huge hug.

The O´Deas met the Scanlans at a Marriage Encounter Christmas party in NJ in 1974. Our instant connection grew & flourished till June , then my Tom , and now your Tom are together again in our eternal home . May God be the Master at their table of stories, jokes, laughter, lies ! , investments , pictures, and PRAYERS! Just like ole´ times ! From my six sons, and through my tears , till we meet again .... all my sympathy to the Scanlans All..... and my love & thanks for the ride of a lifetime!
