Stedman, Thomas Kevin age 59, of Apple Valley, passed away peacefully Feb. 20, surrounded by his family after a lengthy hospitalization for congestive heart disease. He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Mabel and sister, Theresa Ann Reiman. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia; son, Mason; daughter, Kelsey; brothers, John (Susan) and James (Carman); sisters, Katherine Conover and Margaret (Richard) Stedman Smith; nieces & nephews. Tom grew up in Richfield, MN. He attended DeLaSalle High School and graduated from Richfield High School in 1968. He was an alumnus of U of M. Before becoming an independent entrepreneur, Tom managed the Northwest Racquet Club for a number of years, and worked with Country Club Markets. Tom loved spending time with family, especially summers at the ranch in Wyoming. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed skeet shooting, hunting, and fishing. We love and will miss you, Tom. Thank you to his many friends who visited, sent cards, and remembered him in prayers. Special thanks to Dr. Liao and the dedicated nursing staff of the University of MN Hospital. Private interment. I knew Tom during the U of M days. I can still picture him laughing so hard he'd be in tears - and it happened ALL the time. I have so many great memories of him, and I'm so sorry he's gone. I'll miss him even though I hadn't seen him in years.
