To all of Tom's friends and family I send my heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Tom was a long time friend of mine thru our years together in the Georgia Jaycees. We were fellow members of the Georgia Jaycee Rebel Corps as well as the JCI Senate. We travelled together as members of the Georgia OnTo Committee to make the preparations for our delegation to attend National Jaycee Conventions in Phoenix, Hartford, Atlanta, Indianapolis and Milwaukee. Tom was always cordial and a joy to work with. The Jaycee movement has suffered with a loss of membership the last several years but the loss of leaders like Tom is much tougher to bear. My best wishs to those who will miss him as I will. My work with the Shriners this past weekend prohibited my attendance at the visitation and Funeral but my thoughts are with you all.

My prayer for the Stone family is that God will grant you comfort in knowing that Tom was simply called home and is now seated beside the Father.

Being a member of the GA Jaycees for the last 20+ years and I always felt I had a friend in Tom Stone. At one time I was an "honorary Carrollton Jaycee" and he along with many of my dearest friends made me feel like Carrollton was my second home. Even though I had not seen him in several years, I know without a doubt, our friendship would have been the same today as it was 15 years ago. He was a gentleman, a confidant and one of the most genuine friends anyone could ask to have. I know he will be missed, but I am sure he will be looking over you and wanting you to remember the good times you shared. My thoughts and prayers are with all his family and friends. We will all miss this fine man!
