I have known Tom almost 50 yr since we met at UTSA , he took this recent Army vet whose fiance was stationed in Germany, to his home for Thanksgiving. Debbie welcomed me with open arms, bonding over our similar stories.
Tom was our wedding photografer.(Since he photographed accident scenes for the military we joked about posing on the ground!) Debbie managed our reception. Our kids were born close together. We shared their Scouting experiences. Our friendship is forever, he is sorely missed.

My heart aches for you, Debbie and family. You and Tom were such a beautiful couple together for so many years. I still remember your wedding reception at a little VFW hall on Telegraph. What great memories. Our deepest sympathy to all of you. May God wrap his loving arms of comfort strength support love and peace around each of you at this sad and difficult time. God bless all of you always

Beautifully written! We are thinking of you Aunt Debbie, Dan, Jenni, and Ripley. Uncle Tom was loved and will be missed! I personally appreciate how he welcomed me into the family and was always kind to me and his great-nieces and made time to see us when you all were in town.
