Timothy Howard

I met Tim on FB and eventually got to meet him in person. I knew him before he met Sharon and saw the video she posted of him dancing for her when they first met. He showed a warrior spirit when cancer entered his life. His words of wisdom, while fighting this battle proved how brave he was and he did us all a favor by sharing his insights during his fight. His great courage the past years, while sharing his journey will undoubtedly help us all should we ever need to fight the same battle. I know it was hard but he cared enough about each of us to offer what he learned, what worked and what didn't. I feel the loss of this very special man as much as his family and I'll never forget him

They say people come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. Tim for me, was both a reason and a season I believe. We dated briefly many years ago after my divorce. I had 4 small children who he introduced himself as Georgie Porgie. He was funny, caring, smart and had a way of giving you his full attention. He was still looking for himself back then and after leaving a long marriage I was not ready for more. I needed to write this because he was a memory in my life. He made an impact. He had a huge heart and was always happiest making you laugh. Many many years later we were able to catch up through Facebook. I was able to watch him find true happiness meeting someone to share his life with, being part of his children's and grandchildrens lives. It seems he finally found the things that filled his heart. To all that loved and cared for him, I am deeply sorry for your loss. He will be missed. RIP my friend.
