Tim Jones was a very kind and humble Christian. Tim was my first cousin. His mother, Aunt Doris Ryals Jones, was my mother´s youngest sister. I was six years old when Tim was born with a serious heart condition. As a young child, I remember praying with mother and daddy for Tim. I later remember Tim going to Mayo Clinic as a young child that was one of the first children to experience open heart surgery. Tim has been more than just a cousin, but a very good friend throughout our lives. I believe that Tim is now in Heaven where he has reunited with his wife Linda, brother Sam, parents, family and friends that have gone before him.

I had Dr. Jones when he was teaching remote classes for AUM graduate program at Athens. He was an excellent teacher and I really enjoyed his classes.

Dr. Jones was one of the best professors at Athens State University when I was completing my degree in Criminal Justice (1998). Prayers to the family. Thank you Tim for all the encouragement and help that you provided. Rest in eternal sunshine united with family.

This is beautiful. I knew Tim for over 20 years because of his precious wife, Linda. Prayers to his family. Rest well, Tim as you enjoy your heavenly reward with Linda. You will be dearly missed.
