Aberdeen - The funeral service for Timothy Brian Vearrier, 45, Aberdeen, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2007, at Richland Wesleyan Church with Pastor Ron Wickard officiating.

Burial will be 2 p.m. at Riverside Memorial Park. Military honors by Sydney L. Smith American Legion Post No. 24.

Timothy died Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Sunday with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home, 1111 S. Main St.

Timothy Vearrier was born on Dec. 28, 1961, at Mitchell, S.D., to Del and Beverly (Schmida) Vearrier. He grew up and attended school in Huron, S.D. He graduated from Huron High School with the class of 1981. He entered the U.S. Air Force in 1983 and was honorably discharged in 1986.

On July 4, 1985, he married Teresa Bowman at Rapid City, S.D. In June 1986, they moved to Aberdeen, where he worked for Aberdeen TV and Appliance, Clark Engineering, Candy Service and, in 1988, went to work for 3M.

Timothy loved spending time with his family. He liked working out at the YMCA, model cars, and eagles.

Grateful for having shared Timothy's life are his wife, Teresa; son, Skyler; daughter, Shasta; mother, Beverly Vearrier; one brother, Scott Vearrier, Rapid City; and six sisters, Linda (Ken) Schuh, Aberdeen; Diane (Gary) Jernigan, South Carolina; Barb (Ken) Murphy, Rapid City; Brenda (Steve) Howard, Rapid City; Robin (Gregg) Jankord, Huron; Lisa (Jack) Wollman, Huron.

He is preceded in death by his father, Del Vearrier.

Teresa and Family, I'm so sorry to learn of your loss. Tim was a very special friend to me while growing up in Huron and I feel a great loss of his passing. We shared many laughs and good times that I have cherished since he was a person of character and loyalty that are hard to come by.
