My first memory of Tito was seeing him and his brothers in 1970 at the San Francisco/Daly City Cow Palace. What a show ! Tito, Jermaine, Ronnie and Johnnie played those instruments like grown men!

Saddened by the lost of Tito of the legendary Jackson 5, he was often the spokesperson of the group. Always keeping his composure during the rough interviews none of the other members wanted to engage in. Very handsome and talented guitarist who I enjoyed listening and seeing at the many concerts I attended in the early years.

I send my condolences to Tito Jackson; I use to love the Jackson 5's I use to listen to the front and back of the record. My heart goes out to his sons, I just watched their, Documentary maybe a month ago, listening to how their mom past, the affect it had on them now their dad, I pray that they continue to be strong in the midst of this storm, and pursue their music. My heart is with the family. It's always hard to find a healing word when someone we love passes on. I am saddened that Tito has passed on as well. I can't express how much our heart strings touch each other when there are good people in the world who truly want to make things better for everyone. It seems we all seem to gravitate to that place where we can help touch anothers heart when we know and share their pain. It's nice to know that even seemingly strangers take the time to feel and express their support in difficult times like these. I believe this is who we truly are..little lights of love...flickering about just waiting to make someone else's day a little brighter. I didn't know Tito when he lived, I only saw and heard of him. However, I did meet him recently. I speak to those who have passed on and was honored to meet such a humble polite and concerned individual. He was with Michael at the time, however I've seen Dee Dee Joseph and Grandpa Prince with Michael as well (he has other friends too...but that's the fam) anyway I always like to ask if there's anything I can do. Tito, I'm calling him Teets now, wanted to let his boys know that above all else they are loved. He wanted to let Taj know that he needs to stand up for himself. Don't let anyone make your life decisions for you. He(Tito) seems to be someone who worries more about other people than he does himself. He truly cares sincerely about everyone's well being. So if you are reading this right now and you are beside yourself with pain, I want you to know that our bodies may be put to rest but our spirits live on. We take the love we had on earth with us and it's never lost. As much as you loved your father. Your son. Your brother, your friend and as much as he loved you....that hasn't changed and that's the most important part isn't it? He's still over here with his hands clasped behind his back worried about everyone else. So I hope these words might help your journey. I hope you smile evertime you think about Tito and his jokes, the way he warmed a room. The way he facilitated himself as the peacemaker and above all the way loved and still loves each and every one of you. As my niece would tell me my eyes are raining now so I'll leave it at that. May all your moments be filled with the joy and love you still carry yoday.

I'm glad to have had the opportunity to meet Tito in the late 70's and through the late 90's. Having being with the Jackson's several times.
