Toby think of you every so often! You were a sweet friend and had a great time training with you during our police academy class.

Toby was a good friend in my police academy . I use to work for Lufkin Pd . Now I work in DFW Pd .

Please accept my condolences and prayer for the Spinks family. Toby was one of my cadets at the Angelina College Police Academy and it was such an honor to train and call Toby my friend. It was evident that he loved his family and was an honorable man!

I am so sorry. Toby will be missed by all. Perhaps his time seemed all too brief,God wanted him now, He set him free.
