Dear Donnelly family, I am so sorry for your loss. I am just now finding out about this as I, too, lost my father in June. I will never forget Todd's dedication to one of our biggest projects where he processed, and hand delivered a package to prove out that our new system was working. Everyone celebrated the package arrival--but Todd was the unsung hero who drove it down to HQ. He will be really missed. I hope you find quiet, comforting moments in the midst of the grief.

On my first full day at Columbia, I had the honor of meeting Todd in a meeting. He struck such an impression on me that he became one of my very most favorite people to work with.
Thank you, Todd, for always being someone I could seek knowledge from, for chatting with me about little stuff, and for being such an amazing presence. You are greatly missed and I know that this world has lost a truly wonderful man. Hugs to you all, Todd´s family.

Like so many at Columbia, I share rich work and life memories of Todd and the enormous contributions and compassion he brought to his teammates. Faced with many challenges over his highly successful career, he seemed to always land on his feet moving forward. He was a pleasure to work with, a joy to know, and will be missed by many.

This is the last Teams chat I sent to Todd just a few hours after I learned of his passing: "You are and will always be a rock star. You are a brother to me and one of the biggest reasons we as a company have ever succeeded." I sent it because that's the kind of guy Todd always was. Whether he was working or not, he was still always working, checking in on emails, checking on his team. Always caring deeply that those around him were taken care of. Having known and worked alongside Todd for so many years, I still feel him watching over us all. Truly blessed to have known Todd.

The world is little more gray without the light of Todd Donnelly emitting. Always friendly, always helpful, always caring.
My office was right next to Todd for a few years, which afforded me the opportunity for countless moments of sharing. Quick to laughter and even quicker to patience and compassion. Three things I know for certain about Todd. He loved his family, he loved being out in the world, and he loved Columbia Sportswear... all of whom are feeling his absence.

My first Memory of Todd that I have. I had just been hired by Columbia Sportswear and I sat next to him in the work orientation we had. Being the quiet person I am I said hello, and he introduced himself to me letting me know he was the new shipping manager. I was starting a different department.
Fast forward years later I had the opportunity to work for him. He became one of my favorite people who truly cared about me. He was a great teacher and mentor to me. Anytime I wanted to improve myself with my career he made sure that it happened for me. I took classes, and he passed his knowledge down to me the little time that I got to spend time with him.
We both shared a love for music me being a studio musician and artist He played the guitar. I play the bass and other instruments so we had that connection, and I would let him hear what I worked on or recorded. he always told me I was so talented.
He took our team to my first Hockey Game. We all had such a great time.
My condolences go to his family. He talked about you and loved you all so much.
I will miss Todd we always had conversations about how I could grow in my current position and life as well.
Sometimes it was tough love that I needed to become a better version of myself today I will miss that.
I could go on and on.
A celebration of life for a great person

I had little interactions with Todd but he made an incredible impact in my work. He was one of the most patient person I've had the greatest pleasure working with.
He was always willing to help me when I had concerns or if I was confused. He was incredible when it came to clarifying anything.
I hope I continue to see others reflect the great attributes I saw shine through him.
You are very missed Todd, and thank you for all you did.

There aren't enough words in the English language to capture how wonderful of a human Todd was. He always made time to help, to answer questions or even to collaborate as colleagues. He knew Columbia - and the Rivergate DC like the back of his hand, and his passion for what mattered to him was contagious to everyone around him.
RIP Todd, I'll be thinking of you wherever you are.

So many memories with Todd...
In Portland, in France, working on projects, snowboarding, or visiting Lille...
I was really lucky enough to meet an incredible colleague, always positive, available to help.
I owe you a lot, Todd. You have been my privileged partner for many of the changes we have implemented for the French warehouse, and we both had a real friendship. I can't thank you enough.
I left Columbia 2 years ago and I realized that I would never find such colleagues again.
I miss you so much.

Todd was a not only a great man, but I had to the pleasure to call him a friend. He was an inspiration with his attitude of doing the right thing and making sure that not only his team was taken care of but the overall good for the company. His honest, relentless pursuit of what was right and taking care of others is unmatched. It was an honor to have Todd in my life and I will never forget the impact he has had on me.

I worked with Todd from time to time and he always made me feel like what we were working on was the most important thing to the company. Always positive and collaborative to the core. His Columbia family will miss him.

We were truly blessed to have met and worked with Todd. He was truly one of the best and kindest people I have ever met. I'm heartbroken but I know Todd didn't want that. My thoughts are with his family and friends. RIP.

I really enjoyed getting to know Todd and working with him at Columbia. His approach to issues and projects was one of collaboration and teamwork. He never discounted any ideas or opinions. He cared about his team and always wanted to do the right thing for the associates at the DC and the Company. He made a positive impact on so many people that he worked with. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to work with and learn from Todd.

Todd was an amazing man. He was my largest advocate, mentor and best manager I've ever had. I learned so much from him and he always pushed me to be the best version of myself. Extremely smart and patient and always found time for humor even during stressful times. Truly grateful for everything he has taught me.
Going snowboarding with him was a fun experience and I always enjoyed our one on one talks about work and just life. He will be greatly missed.

Todd was an amazing co-worker. He always went out of his way to help others and answer questions. He was incredibly hard-working and would keep going on a problem until he had it figured out and fully resolved. He made life so much easier for those of us lucky enough to get to work with him and be around him.
He also was very patient and had a really funny sense of humor. In spite of the fact that he had a job that could be very stressful at times, he was able to find the humor in things and keep us all moving forward. He will be greatly missed.
