Hoffman Todd P. Hoffman, 44, Blaine, MN, formerly of Browns Valley, MN, died January 12, 2005, at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. Funeral services will be Monday, January 17, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Browns Valley with Father Stan Wieser officiating. The organist will be Ginny Westbrock and the vocalists will be Sue Sykora and Pat Homan. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Browns Valley. Pallbearers will be Steve Krone, Joe Smith, Todd Carpenter, Dave Norlander, Bruce Seelig, and Greg Haanen. Visitation will be Sunday, January 16, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a wake service at 6:00 p.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service on Monday. Eggers Funeral Home in Rosholt, SD, is in charge of the arrangements.A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 18, at 7:00 p.m. at the Church of St. Paul in Ham Lake, MN. Todd P. Hoffman was born September 24, 1960, in Wheaton, MN, to Odell and Shirley (Rieck) Hoffman. He was baptized October 2, 1960, in St. Anthony's Catholic Church. He attended school in Browns Valley. He was a member of the Ortonville National Guard from 1978-1986. In 1986, he moved to the Minneapolis area and was assistant manager of Perfect 10 Car Wash for 10 years. Currently, he was part owner of Riverside Auto Wash of Fridley, MN. Todd tackled anything that came his way. He lived life to the fullest. He loved riding his Harley, NASCAR, boating and snowmobiling. He also enjoyed carpentry, detailing, and spending time with his grandchild Brook. Survivors include his fiancee Anita Smith of Blaine; two daughters, Bryanne (Wade) Haaland of Dilworth, MN, and Aleesha Oletzke of Blaine; one grandchild, Brook; mother, Shirley Hoffman of Browns Valley; sister, Cindy (Pat) Homan of Beardsley, MN; three brothers, Tim (Carol) Hoffman of Browns Valley, Terry (Donna) Hoffman of Hankinson, ND, and Tom Hoffman of Browns Valley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Todd was preceded in death by his father, Odell; and his grandparents.
