Todd LeVigne Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Mar. 5, 2025.
In loving memory...

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Todd LeVigne, who left this world into the arms of our Heavenly Father on January 18, 2025. Born in August of 1962, in San Diego, California, Todd's life journey took him from San Diego, to Corvallis, Los Angeles, Seattle, Denver, then back to his roots in California.

Todd was a true California boy, enjoying the freedom of growing up in San Diego during the 60's and 70's. He was blessed with wonderful grandparents and eleven aunts and uncles in San Diego, many close in age and like siblings. Growing up with extended family, making lifelong friends and playing sports in San Diego were beautiful memories he held dear. As a true team player, he made friends easily, both on and off the field. He played many sports with exceptional athleticism and played baseball competitively through college. As a lifelong sports fan, he was passionate about his college and professional teams and enjoyed sharing that passion with others.

Todd earned a Business Degree from Oregon State University while also working at the OSU library. During summer breaks he returned to San Diego where he worked at Sea World and spent time with family and friends. He was a hard worker, yet made work light with his positive attitude, engaging personality and keen sense of humor, to the delight of all. Todd was affectionately remembered by coworkers for his intelligence, quick-wit and playful shenanigans. He had the unique ability to lift up everyone around him.

Following college, Todd went on to enjoy a successful business career, the last twenty years with Carter Mackenzie International in Denver, Colorado as Managing Director and Senior Business Consultant-Mergers and Acquisitions. During his career, he was equally dedicated to his family whom he loved deeply, while providing generously for his wife and five children.

Todd was more than a brother to us, his sisters. He was our friend, protector, model of strength, and our endless sunshine. He was a source of laughter, joy and love when we needed it most. We are so blessed to have shared this life with him as our big brother and are so very proud of him. Todd was one of a kind, a true gem. He left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know him.

Todd is survived by his large extended San Diego family, his mother, stepfather, three sisters, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, wife, and five children, who will forever cherish the memories of the life they shared with him. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his joyful spirit will remain with us always.

A private mass will be held in San Diego honoring Todd's life and legacy of love. God Bless you Todd and rest easy dear brother. We love and miss you and will carry you always in our hearts, until we meet again in the love and light of Heaven.

I was shocked and saddened to learn of Todd´s passing. I have lots of fond memories with Todd of playing baseball and football. Our Alvarado football team was the 1976 San Diego County champion. And our baseball team was the league champion of the inaugural season of AGDC, with Todd our star pitcher. And we topped it off with winning the district championship in all-stars. My deepest condolences to the LeVigne family and to Lori, Teri, and Wendi.

Dad... I know we've always had her up and downs. But the UPS is what we remember. The time I went to the Rockies game and you had my back. The time you pick me up for the first time at the airport with Mom. The first time you pulled my tooth. All the times that I remember we're always good because even with the negative times there was always a memory and it wasn't bad you are the definition that most men need as a friend a father a husband therefore you will always be remembered in my eyes I know it's not easy saying goodbye so further on it's not goodbye it's always see you later I love you forever 143. Your son Damon. Ps. Number one chef thank you for teaching me how to be a man
