Todd B. Pannell

Todd was a good friend and a good man. My heart breaks for all who suffer from his loss and my prayer is that healing will come to them sooner rather than later...This world just won't be the same without him. Rest in peace.

My thoughts and prayers are with Todd's family , his Lowes family and friends.
He will be missed by all who knew him. I met Todd working together at Lowes over twenty years ago, he never changed also happy and full of fun. Everyone loved him .

I will miss Todd a lot. He was a coworker, my senior PM, my west coast divisional manager and then dept. director but he was always my friend. Always upbeat, full of life and a great sense of humor. People with his attributes are rare and I consider myself lucky to have spent the last 15 years in a world that he was a part of. He will be greatly missed!

I worked with Todd for a couple years and I must say how parents did a wonderful job raising him. He was such a great man..with a caring heart. Always so attentive and I can find out the words to express how much he loves his children. He talked about them all the time. Even while he was sitting in his office feeling sick. He would talk about them and it made it all better. It breaks my heart to know that this world has lost a great man. So soon. To the family. I will forever keep you in my prayers.. Todd lived for his children. May god give you all comfort.

Mrs. Pannell, I worked with Todd at the Bristol VA Lowes in 1995, when I first started with them, Debbie Singletary was our Store Manager. I enjoyed working with Todd as we were all in a transistion to the new store. He left and continued his career with Lowe's and I ran into him again at the new Elizabethton Lowe's that was being constructed and set up. I was the Sales Manager at the time. It was good seeing him again. Im so sorry for your loss. May God's peace and blessings follow you and your family during this time.

The good ones are taken away too soon and Todd was certainly a good one. I worked with Todd in Bristol, VA, Morristown, TN and most recently at the Mooresville CSC. May God comfort all of Todd's family during the tragic loss.

I've worked with Todd in 2001 setting up new stores. We both shared a passion for our jobs which included a perfect grand opening experience. I've continued to work with Todd throughout the years. What a wonderful person who loves his children, friends and employees. May the comforts of Heaven continue to surround him and all his family and friends continue to feel the prayers of others.

I meet Todd in 1998 while helping to set up the Sevierviile, TN store and later when I joined the Deployment team I had the privilege of getting to know him better. I had the privilege of working with Todd at store 456, in Bristol, Va. Todd had a big heart and cared for his employees. Over 22 years ago I had the honor to meet Todd and become good friends with him. At the time I was a 15 year old kid and we were on an archery team together. He was the one person that took a chance and gave a 15 year old kid a full time job at Lowes. For that I will be forever grateful. May you rest in peace my friend.
