Briody Tom Aughaloora Died 13-3-2013 Tom's Wife Bridie and his Family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us in our recent sad loss. Thanks to all who called to our home, travelled long distances, brought gifts, sent cards and made charitable donations. Our sincere gratitude to the Management and Staff of Esker Lodge Nursing Home for the wonderful care and attention given to Tom during his time there. Thanks to the Ambulance Staff, A&E and Medical 1 Staff at Cavan General for the care and attention given to Tom in his final days. A very special word of thanks to our wonderful Neighbours and Friends who helped in so many ways. To the Civil Defence who provided transport to and from the Church. To Lacken GFC and Sunny Hollow for their Guard of Honour. Thanks to Fr. Sean, Fr. Kearns, Fr. Gilcrest, Fr. Boylan, Fr. Grey, Fr. Fitzpatrick, Fr. Quinn and Fr. Cassidy who attended Tom in Hospital and concelebrated the Funeral Mass, also the altar servers and Conor for the beautiful music in the Church. Thanks to the gravediggers who prepared Tom's final resting place and to Connie Briody Undertaker. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be taken as a token of our sincere gratitude. Tom's Months Memory Mass will be on Saturday 6th April at 12 Noon in Aughaloora Church.
