My sincere condolences to Tom's family. Tom was a very good close friend of mine. In his later years, I would drive Tom to meetings in Vancouver. He had a huge impact on my life. First time was when he convinced me to be the President of the Council of Senior Citizen's Organizations of BC (COSCO). The second time was when he convinced me to replace him as President of the Board of Silver Harbour. He was a very special friend and I will miss him

While I am saddened to learn of your father's passing, he really had quite a run and had a life well lived. I have very happy memories of spending time with your dad and mom at your homes in North Van as we were growing up.

Later in life my mother attended Silver Harbour and always spoke glowingly of your father and his efforts there.

I would like to think that at this time your sorrow is some assuaged by the knowledge that he was so well known and respected in this life and is once again reunited with your mother.
