I would like to offer my heartfelt sympathies to the family of Tommy Joe. I have known him and his brother Johnny Mac all of my life. I know that he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

I was fortunate to work with Tommy for a brief time at the Department of Aging and Disability Services. My deepest condolences to Tommy's family and friends. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathy to all the Ford family. Like many other kids of school teachers, my sister Melinda and I were part of Mrs. Ford's nursery school in the old house next to First Baptist Church.

I remember playing with Tommy and Johnny Mac there and being part of church activites.

From the write up, Tommy gave so much of himself to others and that is a good legacy indeed.

Tommy will be missed as we have missed his parents. I've known him and the awesome Ford family almost all my life.

Before I attended kindergarten, Tommy's mother gave me and my sister Nancy Filla loving care in her day care while my mother Austine Filla taught school. What wonderful memories I have there with Mrs. Ford and her children.

Also, my sister and I went to school with Tommy and Johnny.

I would like to express my sorrow and may God bless you and your family. I am sorry to hear of Tommy's passing. I went to school with him. He was a wonderful and a great person to be around.

I would like to express my sympathy to the family of Tommy Joe Ford. I was raised in Angleton, Texas and went to school with Tommy. He was always a very nice and pleasant person to be around.
I really don't know how to express myself so I will attach a verse that I think fits Tommy.
