My heartfelt condolences are offered to the family, many, many friends, colleagues and devoted fans of Mr. Tommy Hunt. Mr. Tommy Hunt was a soul singer inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for his work with The Flamingos, whose hits include "I Only Have Eyes for You." He was a very great tenor singer with an amazing voice. He was greatly admired by his fellow artists and all those who knew him. May the love and many, many special memories you shared with your devoted loved one show how much your life was touched by him. May the God of comfort bless your grieving hearts with strength, loving kindness and peace as the world copes with the loss of Mr. Tommy Hunt. May his music and legacy keep his memory alive forever.

I have only today heard of Tommys passing, I was on the bill with him when he topped the bill at Talk of the North in Manchester in 1970. He was absolutely fantastic. I too was a singer but in awe of his electric talent, we became good friends and he came to see me perform at the Broadway and I last saw him in a club in Yorkshire. I so often thought about him and so sad I have missed his funeral. What a lovely man he was and what a talent and irreplaceable, God bless you .

I met Tommy Hunt in 1964 at the Regal Theater in Chicago. I sang with a girls group called "The OPALS" on the Okeh Label. Mr Hunt was so very kind to us young newcomers. I shall never forget how warm and welcoming he was towards us. What a wonderful man! We have loss a rare gem. R.I.P. Mr Hunt. We were blessed to know him.

I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to the family and friends for your loss. Tommy Hunt played a big role in being a part The Flamingos who are now R&R legends. There is no doubt that he was well loved and will be missed by all who knew him personally and professionally. "Sorrow" is too small a word for what you're going through or wide enough to ease your pain.
Even in times when there are no worlds, I hope you find comfort in knowing that so many people are thinking of you and holding you close in their hearts.
