I remember Tommy fondly as a young man of 16, so full of energy that summer he could hardly contain it--going outside through the front door and maybe minutes later, coming inside through the back door. A handsome young man full of spirit, who I know will be missed. My deepest sympathies to MaxLene, and his entire family. May God be with you and give you peace during this time.

MaxLene, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your son. I have not seen you in years, but I remember our close friendship in high school. Our children are supposed to outlive us, aren't they. My love and prayers are with you. Love, Kathleen Hall McLendon, Phoenix, Arizona

I am deeply saddened to hear about Tommy's passing. Being away from my home town for so many years, I unfortunately have lost track of my childhood acquaintances. Even though, Tommy has always stood out in my memories; we were neighborhood friends, schoolmates and buddies. We’d have sleepovers, go skating and to the Corral Club together, hunting with G.S. and Alan; Tommy and his family were good friends to me for many years growing up.
In the months to come, please know that I have always loved and cared for the Strong Family. For MaxLene, Tommy Jr., Larry, David, Alan, Sherene and Brenda; I join you and the many others who will miss Tommy, but I will remain grateful still for having known him.
