Tom was such a genuinely good person. I am so blessed to have gotten the chance to know him. I met with him in his office one day and he told me I had to take up for myself becuase if I didnt, no one else would. I took those words to heart and I will carry them with me for the rest of my life. Thank you Tom for impacting my life in such a short time. He always made it a point at work to tell me I was doing a great job and making a difference. I will miss having Tom around at work and seeing his smiling face. But Heaven sure gained a good soul.

Tom was a wonderful Christian man who cared about others. He visited my Dad when he was hospitalized earlier this year and also visited by brother-in-law in the hospital during his extended stay. Euclid Ave. Baptist Church will miss Tom's personal ministry.

I had known Tom all his life and he will be sorely missed. He was such a kind, compassionate person and always ready to do anything he could to help others. He has truly been a blessing to me and my family. He spoke at our 50th Anniversary and he said, "I was there when this started and here with them 50 years later". He was a special person and Heaven has gained this week. To the family, "He fought a good fight, kept the faith and now has gone on to his reward". We'll see him again!!!
