He was a good guy. When I moved to Newark for work, I started taking classes at COTC. Tony was a fixture in the Math Lab. I don't think there was a math question he didn't know. With a smile and a kind demeaner he would help anyone.

Tony and I worked together at OSUN/COTC for several years as tutors in Newark. During that time, we grew close as friends, hanging out together on a Friday night at Old Bag of Nails, playing and winning, at times, trivia together, or staying up late at my place talking about history, string theory, life and of course mathematics. He also loved kids, and loved my boys. He was "Uncle Tony" to them. Tony was probably one of the most extremely intelligent people I had ever met. If anything, it challenged me, making me better, keeping up with his wit and immense knowledge in different subjects. When he laughed, his laughter was so robust, you knew it was Tony from another room. I´ll miss our conversations. He was a good guy who would help anyone in need. One of the few people I knew that would give you his shirt off his back if he could. That met so much to him helping people, that´s what truly made him enjoy helping college students with mathematics. Thank you Tony for your gift of life here on Earth, and I hope you find internal peace.

I tutored alongside him at COTC and he really knew his stuff. He was typically who we´d go to for difficult math problems which he enjoyed solving. He was full of stories and knowledge and would talk about living in The Shoe at tOSU, visiting his brothers, was great at trivia, and was excited for this upcoming eclipse. He had traveled for the previous eclipse to get the best view point and he has been talking about this upcoming eclipse for the past year and a half since it was going to be right through Ohio. I hope everyone takes a moment during this upcoming eclipse to remember Tony.

Tony was a gifted math tutor at COTC where I successfully graduated with an Associate degree in Business Management. Thanks for helping my daughter and I succeed with our education.

Tony was like a brother to me when we were roommates in the OSU stadium. He taught me so many things about music, friendship, and life. I am sad that he is no longer with us, but know that his influence will always be a part of who I am. Rest in peace, brother.

Tony was my high school sweetheart. I´ve loved him since then, although life took us on separate journeys. I loved his passion for music, his ability to recall and identify music incredibly brilliant. His great smile and laughter always brought a smile to my face. His other passion to solve mathematical problems brought him so much happiness. He lived to solve mathematical problems. A true math scholar. I know he will be greatly missed. I´m so sorry and sincerely send my deepest condolences to his beautiful family.
