Tony (Hollywood) knew how to live, he was blessed with good looks yes, he was a ladies man. A very sharp dresser but a kind man with a cute smile. In his twenties many of us would hang out at my place and party. This is a confrimation of how short life is. Time is flying by. To his family live life and enjoy it for that is how Tony lived his. Tony loved by many and you will be missed. God bless you, Love Doreen Rodriguez

To the family of Tony Rodriguez, May God give you strength in this sad time. Tony will be missed by all who knew him. I went to high school with Tomasa and I met Tony back them. He sure was a beautiful man. Over the years I had a few opporunities to be with Tony on our birthday, August 30. He was always so sweet. God Bless You All. Love Angel Holder

Dear Rodriguez Family,
I am sorry for your loss. I have such fond memories of neighborhood night games (on Commonwealth Ave.) with Tony, Raul, and a host of other kids. That was over 35 years ago, but the memories remain. Tony was always kind, easy to be around, and had a great smile. May he rest in peace in the arms of his Saviour.

I first met Tony in the mid 70's when he worked at Chuck Hines clothing store in Elgin. He was then as always a ladies' man. We played baseball as teenagers at Trout Park and later in other leagues in Elgin. Through my friendship with Sergio and Tomasa Lopez I got to know him better. Tony was a nice man with a big heart and a big smile. I don't recall him talking bad about someone. Tony was a good man. Good people. I enjoyed his company. RIP Tony.

TONY- God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. so He
put his arms around you and whispered "come to me." With tearful
eyes I watched you, and saw you pass away. Although I loved you
dearly I couldn't make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating,
hardworking hands at rest; God broke my heart to prove to me, He
...only takes the best....
