Tony and I were teammates from his days at GVLC; while we haven't seen each other since those days I have vivid memories of his genuine smile, rugged toughness, and his enthusiasm for life itself. I was very saddened to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with your family at this difficult time.

Jake, Jenny and I were shocked to hear that Tony had passed. He was such a gentle giant. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. I'll never forget coaching football with Tony and Alan all those years ago. It seems like yesterday. The mud game in Hopkins, the first win against a Wayzata team. Tony and I lining up on defense against the kids at practice so that the offense could run their plays. All are great memories from those early days of our kids football teams.

Tony was a wonderfully sweet, funny guy with a great smile. He always had a greeting for people when he saw them ~ Hi Neighbor ~ Hi Dear ~ and then he'd give you that big hug with one arm. One of so many things that made him Tony. He is truly going to be missed. My love and prayers to you.
