Tonya is survived by Daughters; Lacie (Josh) Earick of Piqua, Ohio. Adrian (Josh) Jenkins of Greenville, Ohio. Two beloved grandchildren; Corbin and Gavin Earick of Piqua, Ohio. Mother; Laura Welbaum of ST. PETERSBURG FL.
Sisters; Teaya Martin (Shane Lewis) Greenville, Ohio. Tanya Leistner (Brian Haines) Bradford, Ohio. Melissa Zimmerman (best friend) Covington, Ohio.
Two nieces; Jaiden Leistner of Bradford, Ohio. Anya North of Piqua, Ohio. Three nephews; Garrett Leistner of Bradford, Ohio. Chandler (Kylee) Martin of Covington, Ohio. Aveyen Meek of Covington, Ohio. Aunts; Mindy (Tony) Adam's of Troy, Ohio. Missy Johnson of Troy, Ohio. Barbara Caldwell Of ST. PETERSBURG FL. Mary Heiser of Indiana. Lou ( Danny) Madwell of Troy, Ohio. Lorraine DeMill of ST. PETERSBURG FL. One Uncle; Bobby Welbaum of Piqua, Ohio. Many cousins and beloved friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Jeffery S. Welbaum. Grandparents; William and Phyllis Welbaum. Luther and Nancy Robbins. Uncles; David L. Welbaum, and Billy J. Welbaum. Gene Robbins.
Aunts; Shirley Blancher. Bertha Robert's Cousins; Nathan Vanpelt and Elisa Welbaum. Her fur baby Cody. Her fur grandchildren Channel and Blue.
Tonya was outgoing and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.
A memorial service will be held on September 21 at 1:30 pm. at Skyview Wesleyan Church, located at 6995 Peters Road in Tipp City, Ohio, with Pastor John Hughes officiating contributions can be made to the church.

When all our kids were little, we'd meet up, grab pizza at Cassano's, & take them to the circus at Hobart Arena. And I'll never forget the Halloween parties and all the fun that we had together.

When we were young, we spent 2 summers as friends. We went our separate ways as in life that will happen. Through the years when we seen each other it was like no time had passed. I appreciate the friendship that stood the test of time. See ya soon my friend and again no time will have passed.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. I'm know Tonya born but love when she would run thru grass in her cowboys booths when she was about 2or 3 she was so cute.
