Tracey Gail O’Malley, 58, passed away May 9, 2023 after a hard-fought 16 month battle with Guillain-Barre syndrome. Born in 1964 in Banbury, England, Tracey lived in several places around the world including Aston le Walls, England, Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany, Orange County, California, and San Antonio, Texas before she ultimately settled down in Speedway, Indiana. Tracey graduated from John Jay High School in San Antonio before moving back to England where she met the love of her life, her husband Tom O'Malley. Tracey and Tom loved each other for 39 years and moved to America in 1990 where they started their family. Tracey worked as a Tax Preparer for H&R Block before starting her own business as Tax Lady Tracey. She was a loving wife and mother and a proud grandmother to her two grandbabies. Tracey had the most infectious laugh that was always funnier than whatever she was laughing at. She loved anything that shined or was glittery, which was fitting because she sparkled everywhere she went. Tracey had an impeccable sense of direction, which saved her husband countless times, and she was a trivia master. Tracey will be remembered by the people who loved her as the kindest, most supportive, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend. She was preceded in death by her father, Gregory Brown. Tracey is survived by her husband, Thomas O’Malley; children, Faith (Justin Hall) O’Malley and Thomas "Tommy" (Kayla) O’Malley; grandchildren, Thomas "Lil T" O’Malley and Willow O’Malley; mother, Yvonne Brown; brother, Dean Brown and sister, Michelle Brown. Services are 1pm Monday May 15, 2023 at Conkle Funeral Home Speedway with Visitation 11am-1pm before the Service. Entombment will be in Floral Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to GBS|CIDP Foundation International (gbs-cidp.org/donate/). Online condolences may be shared at www.conklefuneralhome.com.
