He was my friend. I still miss being able to call him any time, day or night, just to talk. Our sports conversations were my favorite. He would have loved seeing the Knicks come up this season. Rest my friend until we meet again.

My deepest sympathy to the Gilmore Family.
Tracy was a great person, he was a person you could call a true friend. He was a person you could depend on, and help you fulfill your long time dream and see you thru. Tracy was a very strong minded and compassionate. He will be truly missed, but he has gone to a greater place, we all wish to go.

To the Gilmore Family, my deepest sympathy.
Tracy was a great person, a person you could call a great friend, and always there when you needed a shoulder and someone to just listen. He will be greatly missed by all, but he has gone to a greater place we all wish, one fine day, we could go to. The doors of heaven have welcomed him, because here on this earth he was a totally good hearted man, which we all can say AMEN. I will miss you my friend. Jackie Kimbrew

Family,
Love is everlasting energy that cannot be limited by death, flesh or time. Tracy's love of family and friends endures forever. I thank God for sending him to us for a little part of eternity, as Tracy showed us all how love operates in the flesh. He did well all that God had appointed for him to do, then he took off his earthly garment and went to rest. We will have his energy with us always.
Rest in Heaven, my friend. With Love, Sis

I had the pleasure of going to HS with Tracey, his brother and sister. He was a great guy. He always had a smile on his face and was friendly. HIs kindness was a stand out quality of his. Loved watching him grow into an amazing basketball player along with his brother. Loved going over and visiting with his Mom. She loved her kids and raised them well. RIP Tracey. You left your mark in this world.
