Tracy was a good soul. He had a heart full of love and he could make anyone laugh.

Tracy was a giver and a kind soul, he always helped out and always tried to lighten moods when possible. Forever missed, love you Tracy. Rest easy.

I was good friends with Tracy in elementary school, however lost touch over the years. I was so shocked when I heard the news and I am sending prayers and condolences to his friends, family and loved ones. Rest easy Tracy
