I remember when Alice Carol and Travis first married. I was a young teenager.
Alice Carol was a wonderful cousin; and Travis seem like a wonderful sweet man.
Alice always had an eager energetic zest for life; and it was difficult to imagine her more content; but, Travis seemed to bring out even more of her beauty and joy for life.
They moved to East Texas; and we have not seen much of them in the past many years.
I will always remember though the beautiful sweet smiles of both Alice and Travis.
I cannot remember a time that I have not seen Travis smile.
He was all grown; but, the smile was that of a small boy with his first puppy dog--very sweet and very innocent.
He and Alice seemed truly meant for each other; and our family will miss him very much.
