Travis, also known as T.J., was born September 9, 1992 in Cambridge, Ohio. He was employed by Magna Seating and was a student at Franklin University.
He is survived by his mother, Bobbi Smith of Barnesville, Ohio; Father, Don Smith (Diane Ricer) of Lewisville, Ohio; sisters, Brittany (Justin) Betts, and Alyssa (Tony) Stephens; nieces, Lilly and Gwenyth; nephew, Kristopher, a grandmother, Nina Leasure and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harry and Helen Smith.
Private memorial service will take place at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the HOPE Alliance of Monroe County at SOMA c/o First Methodist Church 136 North Main Street Woodsfield, OH 43793 Attn: HOPE Alliance.

We loved it when T.J. Went on vacation w us to the beach. Him and Nick sure had a good time on the beach and in the surf! Great memories of really good times. T. J. Was also in my 4-H club. Took his feeder calves to the fair!. Hugs to you all.
