Tristan David Lee Fleming

Mr. Tristan David Lee Fleming, 18, of Salisbury, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Tristan was born on Dec. 21, 1999 in Rowan County. He is the son of David and Brenda Fleming. He was a graduate of RCEC in 2018 with a degree in Liberal Arts. He was employed by Freightliner. Tristan loved the Marine Corps., Chevy trucks, collecting knives, being with his friends and family as well as with his pets, Oscar, Tucker and Tater. He liked to make other people laugh and make them happy. He was an amazing kid who was loved very much by those who knew him. Mr. Fleming was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Leroy David Fleming; maternal grandfather, Leroy Donald Bowser; and by his maternal great-grandmother, Helena Reitz. In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are his brother, Davin Julius Lee Fleming; paternal grandmother, Diane Thomas (Jack Thomas); maternal grandmother, Cecilia Gourley (Steve); as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Also surviving him are his best friends, Hayden, Christian and Bethany. Visitation & Service: Visitation will be on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove. Funeral will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 6 p.m., also at the funeral home, with Pastor Marty, the family's minister. Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home is assisting the family.
