My thoughts have always been thankful for the Trudy Gibson who was a volunteer probation officer. I am not sure if this is the same wonderful lady, but I will never forget the kindness I felt from her when I was 16. I am 54 now, but I will never forget her! She warmed my heart!

So many fond childhood memories of "Mrs. Gibson". We came and went so often she practically raised us Coccia boys. Sending my sympathy and love to all the Gibson family.
Warm regards, Rick Coccia

May you all find strength in each other during this difficult time. Trudy's memory will live on at Tannenhof Co-op where I was lucky enough to call her "boss" and friend during her years as a member and President of the Board. My first years working at Tannenhof were made easier with Trudy's constant guidance and support. My deepest condolences to the entire Gibson family.

RIP Trudy Gibson - you passed through my life and left an amazing and lasting impression. I can still see your beautiful eyes and that knowing smile. You were fearsome when I was a teenager. I was in awe. You were a role model, accomplished so much, did not quit and left a wonderful legacy - your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. My heart goes out to the Gibson clan - Cheryl, Chuck, David Gibson, Allan and Lynne Marie Gibson and the many other new generations of Gibsons.

Lynne,Krista and the gibson family.
Jim and I are so very sorry to hear of the sudden passing of your mom.
May you remember the many fond memories of the times you shared and continue to carry on with the many qualities your mom had.
The one that comes to mind for me first is her strength. She was an incredible woman who did incredible things, but raising such a beautiful family was her best!
Wishing you strength and much love at this very sad time.

Please accept our deepest sympathies in this time of grief. Trudy and I met through Elections Canada while she was a Returning Officer in British Columbia. She then came to work with us at the "Mother House" in Ottawa. She is now on another journey and is now no longer in pain. May she rest in peace, Jack and Jackie Thivierge (Rockland Ontario).

Colin and I have great memories of times with Trudy both in Ottawa and Calgary, where we talked late into the night, mostly about politics. We are thinking of you, the family, at this difficult time and remembering you in our prayers.

Dear Gibson Family, I met Trudy three years ago when my mother Maureen Murray arrived at Windsor Park Manor. Trudy was a lovely woman with whom I had many nice conversations. On behalf of my sisters Gayle and Cheryl and our mother, we want to express our sympathies. We will miss seeing Trudy at Windsor Park but she will not be forgotten.

Trudy and I became friends in the sixties - of course we met at a Liberal convention! We held the BC Liberal Party together when membership was very low. When she left Vancouver we remained close friends, through e-mails and phone calls. I will truly miss her. Love to you, Trudy.
