Words cannot do justice describing Ursula. She was a person who just being around made you feel more alive because of how much she had lived and all her experiences she was willing to share with anyone and everyone. Having grown up in rural America living in Denver I often felt lonely, but always found comfort in my conversations with Ursula and always looked forward to seeing her and seeing what new thing she had to share with me that day, from 3-D photos of the past to her explaining an older movie on AMC to me and giving me a little history about the actors in the movie. The last day before I moved to finish my schooling Ursula gave me a little quote and note thanking me for my work, the quote was by Mae West and it said, "You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough." I believe Ursula did just that, she did a great deal of living, she loved her family deeply, and was always a great friend to all who she came in contact with. I will miss visiting with you Ursula on my visits back to Denver.

Ursula was a wonderful neighbor, full of enthusiasm and interest in life. She's my role model of how to age gracefully.
