Mr. Palmer, Noyes and Ann -
I want to let you know that I am thinking about you during this difficult time. I feel blessed that I had the amazing opportunity to know such a strong, inspirational woman. Like a second mother, I couldn't have made it through high school without her. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To the Palmer family, my sincere heartfelt sympathy to your family. Ursula's smile and good heart will live on in my memories. Her fight was a long one and she did just that. Our trip to the Sanderling was a very special occasion and I am grateful I was able to spend that time with Ursula, Will, Walter and Lisa. To quote HG Wells: Man must not allow the clock and calendar to blind him to the fact that each moment of his life is a miracle and a mystery. Carpe Diem. Love and peace to the entire family, Sincerely
Lisa Jennings

A huge, huge loss. Ursula was always there for all of us. She knew what to do and did it with love and grace and quiet competence. She was genuinely interested in your life and asked the right questions. Even when she felt crummy, Ursula soldiered on and did the right thing with love and grace.
We could always count on Ursula: baking a cake, tubing down the James, cheering at a soccer game--she gave 100%. Let's follow her example and soldier on with grace and love, helping one another on the journey.
Blessed to be Ursula's step-mother and sending love to family and friends,
K Coles

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Mrs. Palmer; I had the priviledge of working under her some years ago and found her to be a fair and just person. May God comfort your family in this time of need.

With respect and admiration for the beautiful soul Ursula was and is... I hope the Gumienny clan will accept my sincere condolences. Leo's love for my mother privileged me and my sister Lisa to be Ursula's step-sibs -- and lucky members of her larger family. My prayers are with you all right now.
