Val was such a spirited woman. We shared the joys of raising spirited children, who have all become wonderful adults. From Camp Pinewood to DePaul to heavy metal and bluegrass bands and beyond, we watched our kids thrive. Val's memory will always be a blessing.

I will always remember Val as the vibrant warm hearted woman who hid me and my daughter to surprise Rochelle on her birthday. She made us feel so at home, always. All my love to Phil and the kids.
