Dear Eric, Mya and Xavier and Family: My heart is so sad to hear of Jody's passing. She was instrumental in getting me a position in the College of Education working for her. We grew close over the last five years. She was not only my supervisor but became a good friend. She would cook and bring me lunch for she knew how I loved to eat. She welcomed me into her home for all the kids' birthday parties. Wonderful memories that I will forever cherish. May God Bless her as she rest now in peace and will no longer suffer on this side of Heaven. She was a wonderful wife and mother and friend to all who knew her.
