Vicki was a very special woman to her family and friends. She had many talents that she shared with everyone through her painting, cooking, and gardens of vegetables and roses. She will be greatly missed but will continue to live in our hearts and memories.

Vicki will be greatly missed by many. I will remember her smile, her wit and her warmth so very fondly. Vicki excelled in everything she attempted and her excitement was incredibly contagious.
To the family: I am so sorry to hear of Vicki's passing. She loved you all so very much. It is an honor to have known her. I'm sure she's straightening things out in Heaven today. At least, that's how I will picture her.

Mrs. Dillon was one of my favorite teachers in junior high. I had her for homeroom as well as North Carolina History. She was the one who sparked my interest in history that I still have after all these years. My sympathies to the Dillon family and Yvonne.

Mrs. Dillon! Man, what a TEACHER! I will always fondly remember the times I shared with her, not only in her classroom, where she was the BEST!, but also in life, around Madison and where-ever I happened to meet to her. I will definitely miss her. My love and all my sympathy are extended to the entire Dillon and Washburn families.

I can remember like it was yesterday, sitting in Vicki's NC History class. I always loved going to her class because she made it all come alive for me and instilled in me my love for history. Of the many teachers I have had over the years, she was one of the best.

Vicki will be greatly missed by all who knew her. I will always remember visiting her & Billy at the farm with daddy when I was growing up. She loved to garden & it always showed in the beautiful flowers she had. My sympathies to all.
