Verna Grover Thayer

It was so sad to read of Verna's passing. We have so many very fond memories of her going back to childhood. Always had that incredible smile! She will be missed by so many. Our thoughts are with everyone in the family. Bob and Jill Harriman Bean

I am so very sorry for your loss. My parents were Sidney and Ella Bryant and we came to Maine every summer fornl our Bryant family reunion. Of course, part of that trip included visits to visit the Thayers at the bakery for the world's best donut holes!!!

I will always cherish all the wonderful memories of all the many Good times we sheared. She was a very special lady. My sympathy to her family.

My mom (Ruth Wight) played bridge with Verna for many years and spoke so highly of her. It always gives me a little catch in my heart when I see that another of those dear bridge-playing ladies has left us.

Verna was such a lovely lady and I will always cherish the connection we used to share.

My sympathy to all of you on your loss. I always loved going into the bakery and getting some treats when I was a young child!! Loved playing cards with Verna too. Every time Mom and I went to Norway we would say hi Verna even though we couldn't stop.
