Vernon Dale Hawthorne

I remember Vernon and his siblings well from the years at Mayview School. My sympathy to his family, may you find peace and comfort.

As a kid growing up in Mayview, my grandparents lived across the road from the Hawthorns. I remember Vernon well, as he always had Ford cars that ran very well. I always enjoyed looking at them. As an adult, I always enjoyed talking with Vernon about the old times. He was a very special person to me.
