Dear young Ladies Helen and Tizzy with Your numerous Family and Friends, please accept our heartfelt condolences at the passing of our dear Friend Veselin, of whom I had the rare honor of meeting way before any of You...in his native Suburb of Skradin, where Veselin thaught and decided to join Nationalist efforts for His embattled Serbian People. That was in the distant AD 1943. We have not met all that often in Canada, but every one was with heartly brotherly hug.

Tizzie and Helen and families, I so remember your dad with great fondness. He worked so hard to teach me to speak Serbian, no easy feat, to a child who would not appreciate his efforts until much later in life.

We have been truly blessed to have known Veselin, such a generous heart and great soul. He was and will remain an inspiration for us.
His life has been a well lived one: full of true love for and from his family and friends up to the very last moments.
He was blessed to have his two daughters especially, taking care of him so well and with such devotion and enabling him to remain at home as he wished.
