Dear Mendenhall family,
I was sorry hear that Vickie passed away. This world is a better place because of her presence! I remember her joyous demeanor, especially when she was talking about you, Freya, Kandie, Jared, and Adam. You made her so happy! It showed in her eyes and in her smile.
Later, when I got see her her at the library, I realized what a gift she was to the community, too. Mike worked with her through the library board, and he appreciated her friendliness and love for the library. We are thankful that we got to know her!

I send my deepest sympathy for your loss. Vickie was a wonderful woman. We had many marvelous sleep overs in high school. She proved even then to be an extremely creative and a warm hostess, as were her parents, Evelyn and Dexter.
I was honored to be privy to her declaration of finding the love of her life at college. She glowed and that never changed many years later when we met for a chat while Dennis was attending a state meeting in Coeur D' Alene.
She has left me with such beautiful memories. Thank you, Vickie.

Thank you Dennis for the expert and loving service that you and Vickie gave as directors of the Family History Center. You helped me to become a better consultant. I always enjoyed visiting with Vickie at the public library over the years also, and will miss her. May you feel her close to you and may the Holy Ghost comfort you and your family as you press forward with faith.
