I just found out today, of his death . I learned of his life thru the Monitor a fear years ago. He was an inspiration to me . He will forever be a part of my thoughts . His art and writings touched me for ever .

It was a pleasure helping care for Victor & he was an inspiration to me.

Victor was truly a remarkable young man. He made such a difference in my life--he taught me what is important in life. I feel so very honored to have known him and to have played a small role in his life. He inspired me with his love for life and hope for a better tomorrow. I will miss our conversations on politics and culture. I will miss you Victor.

My condolences. I was fortunate to have known Victor and be in several high school classes with him, as well as attend Texas LDZ with him where he was an amazing governor for our legislative session. Victor was a remarkable individual and someone I will never forget. I actually spoke about him the other day to a colleague of mine and the admiration I had for him and the inspirational individual he was. As I am sadden to hear this unfortunate news, my prayers are with Victor's family and friends. It was an honor to have known Victor.

Victor was an example of determination and inspiration to all. He had a love of learning that I knew since he was a little boy. When I would visit him at the Comfort House, I always walked away in amazement. He always made me smile. He was a special person. He will be missed by all.

I never met Victor but I followed him through the paper articles.. he inspired me to not gripe about my minor aches and pains..I am ashame of my self that me having all my capabilities i could never achieve what Victor Achieved. Rest in Peace and soar with the angels

My condolences to all his "mothers" and his friends. When people make a list of influential people they usually think of politicians and movie stars. Victor made a huge impact on everyone. He was powerful and influential even though his life was short and restricted by a crippling disease. I remember him for his for his love of life, his incredible curious mind and his caring heart.

Victor, you were such a joy to my family & myself when our mother was at the Comfort House. You were an amazing young man & will greatly be missed.
