With pleasure, I think of his friendship, from Peace Corps training and community clinic days when I first met him to recent hike with promise of more to come. He will be missed by many.

So sorry and sad to learn of Victor´s passing. Want to especially extend my condolences to Judy, Vic, Kt, and Jacob. Victor made a great impression on me from the times I remember as a young kid camping in Mexico, "trees", all the family parties, and thru my adulthood. He was always a fun pleasure to be around, easy going, joyful, joking, and very positive. His dedication to his work to improve the lives of others is inspiring, and his legacy is undeniable. Big hugs to all the family and friends who are as fortunate as I to know, love and lose a great man who positively touched and influenced so many. Thank you Victor for all the great times and memories!
