I have known Vic for over 40 years working as an electrician in Local Union#3 IBEW. Victor was a very kind and humble man, he always had a smile on his face, and nice things to say to everyone. He will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences go out to the entire Cenci Family, and may Vic's soul rest in peace with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
