Victor Frame Obituary
Vic was a kind-hearted and wise man who was a friend to all. He was full of gratitude and touched the lives of many with his warm personality.
He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1960 to 1964.
In his career, Vic was a dedicated Machinist/Sterilizer Technician at Inova Fairfax Hospital for over 30 years.
Outside of work, Vic was well-loved in the recovery community, serving as a friend and mentor in Alcoholics Anonymous for more than 44 years. He enjoyed saltwater fishing, traveling and watching sports, including the Baltimore Orioles, Washington Capitals, Mountaineer football and basketball, and NASCAR.
Vic is survived by his stepdaughter Debra Hanrahan, son Howard Frame, sisters Ella Ruth Frame, Bethel Kurp, and Sandra Neumann. He was preceded in death by his wife Kay Clegg Frame, father Norris Sullivan Frame, mother Alma McCumber Frame, and siblings Halene Napier, Lois Bowers, and Delmas Frame.
A memorial service will be held on April 20, 2024, at Centreville United Methodist Church, with additional services to follow at Walnut Grove Church in Widen, WV. Waters Funeral Chapel in Summersville, WV. and Loudoun Funeral Chapel in Leesburg, VA, are assisting with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.

Vic, I'm forever grateful for all of the gifts of wisdom you gave to me and the entire recovery community of NOVA. You're kindness, warm smile, hilarious wit, and sunny nature will be missed immensely by so many, you can't begin to image how many lives you touched on this Earth. Can't believe I won't be able to get another hug from you but am assured you're at peace with your beloved Kay and family members. "No place I'd rather be than right here, right now" seared in my mind forever.

I wanted to post an update for everyone that wants to participate. There will be a celebration of life service at the Centreville United Methodist Church on April 20, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The main course will be catered, so please bring a side and/or dessert. It will be a time of sharing any stories or experiences that you may have had with Vic, or just a time to say goodbye.

Was always a treat to get to see Vic at the meetings, always with a smile and positive attitude. I will never forget the uplifting feeling I got every time I saw him. Prayers to everyone who will surely miss his presence. Love you Vic. I know your watching over us now
